Pickling & Descaling

Compound selection is the key to the removal of scale, rust and oxides occurring from heat treatment in mass vibratory finishing processes. Using normal compounds will not effectively clean the components. It is critical to remove the impurities from the surface and pores of the components. Pickling and descaling can be accomplished by using either acidic or alkaline compounds to the finishing processes.
