FOR MASS FINISHING OF LARGE WORKPIECES

Trough vibrators are ideal for workpieces that are too large for circular vibrators. Usually, the parts to be processed are simply placed individually in the trough. If you want to finish sensitive workpieces, it can be done by either securing the parts in special clamping devices or process them in separate chambers so that each work piece will not touch each other and to avoid damage.

The applications for the trowal drag finishing technology range from aggressive grinding, deburring and edge radiusing to surface smoothing and even high gloss polishing for cosmetic purposes. Our M-TMD comes in two models- M-TMD 4M and M-TMD 6M, and is highly advanced and efficient.
