Whether casting, stamping, sawing or machining, virtually every shaping process leads to burrs that can vary greatly in shape. These burrs can be difficult to remove, especially on angled workpieces. Nearly in every industry, parts which are smoother or edges not so rough will benefit the overall effectiveness and reduce wears on other components. Also good in the Addictive Manufacturing industry as the parts created can be very rough around the edges. We can even deburr plastic components. Smoother parts are also better for handling.

You can remove burrs from your workpiece using a combination of machine, compound and water, along with the correct abrasive media, which act like hundreds of tiny files.
